Alan A. Davidner, founder, president, CEO and board member
Mr. Davidner has been in the medical device business for more than 27 years and has developed or managed the development of 18 commercially successful medical products. He most recently founded and led American Immuno Tech, LLC, where he oversaw the development and sale of the Neptune™ surgical fluid waste management system. Prior to that, he co-founded Bio-Medical Devices, Inc., and was founder and president of Budget Medical and a founder of Phase Medical, Inc. Mr. Davidner earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Los Angeles and is a registered manufacturing engineer.

Scott Mallett, vice president, engineering
Mr. Mallett has 19 years of experience managing the development of medical devices. He recently oversaw the engineering of the Neptune surgical fluid waste system at American Immuno Tech, prior to which he managed the development of a lithotripter and x-ray system at Medstone International, Inc. Mr. Mallett has served in managerial and developmental roles at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Allied Signal Aerospace Company, Stackhouse, Inc., and General Motors Corporation. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and is a registered professional engineer.

Mark Macdonell, vice president, sales
Mr. Macdonell is an entrepreneurial executive with over twenty years experience in healthcare information and pharmacy systems. He has extensive experience managing sales operations for developing markets and new technologies. Mr. Macdonell has served as vice president of sales at Omnicell and QuadraMed. He holds a BA degree from Trinity University.
