Arthur A. Bertolero
Mr. Bertolero has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Mr. Bertolero is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ESTECH where he co-invented many products. He also founded BioVentrix and currently serves as Acting Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Mr. Bertolero has held management positions at Surgical Laser Technologies (SLT) and Trimedyne. In June 2004, Medical Device & Diagnostic Industry Magazine recognized Mr. Bertolero one of "One Hundred Notable People" in the medical device industry. He holds a B.S. in marketing from San Jose State University.

Randy Jaffe
Mr. Jaffe has been a business consultant for 25 years and is an expert in the field of family business dynamics. He is a senior consultant with the Owner Managed Business Institute and a guest faculty member at Harvard University business school. He specializes in organizational development: strategic planning, clarifying roles in business systems and establishing business governance systems. Mr. Jaffe holds an MS in psychology from Sonoma State University.

Don Minchow
Mr. Minchow has extensive medical marketing and marketing research experience with numerous medical device and life science companies. He is currently the founder and president of Inquire Market Research, Inc., a full service market research firm. Mr. Minchow has held senior marketing positions with CooperVision (Alcon), C.R. Bard and American McGaw (Baxter International). He holds a BS in Industrial/Technology from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Rob Morris
Mr. Morris has more than 20 years of marketing, planning and sales management with a variety of healthcare corporations. He is currently vice-president, marketing, for General Electric's CareCredit Corporation. Mr. Morris has also held senior healthcare management positions with CooperVision (Alcon), C.R. Bard, Denar, Unitek/Bristol-Meyers and was vice-president, marketing for Aedex, a company specializing in Auto-ID (bar coding market). He holds a BA degree and an MBA degree in marketing from California State University, Fullerton.

John Stroh
Mr. Stroh has over 25 years of experience in business operations, finance, investment banking and mergers & acquisitions. He is currently the managing director and senior vice president of corporate finance at Waveland Capital Partners, LLC. Before joining Waveland he was CFO and COO for Kadmus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to that, he was acting CFO of Atairgin Technologies, Inc. From 1984 until joining Atairgin in 2001, Mr. Stroh worked as a managing director and vice president for John Nuveen & Co, US Bancorp Piper Jaffrey, Smith Barney Shearson, Roth Capital Partners and Kidder Peabody & Co. He has a BS in business from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at UCLA.

Sara J. White, RPh, MS, FASHP
Ms. White's experience includes an impressive list of hospital pharmacy-related accomplishments resulting in numerous industry honors. Ms. White served as American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) President in 1996 and as Scholar in Residence on Pharmacy Leadership during 2004. Ms. White was a clinical professor in the School of Pharmacy at the University of California-San Francisco. She also served as director of pharmacy and administrative director for clinical nutrition at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. She received a B.S. degree from Oregon State University and a M.S. in hospital pharmacy management from Ohio State University.
